Group roles

This is how we devided the roles within our group for the first quarter:

Chairperson - Caitlin Stoel
We decided that Caitlin would fill the most important position because as a group we felt that she was undoubtedly the most organized and structured member. Her job is to run the meetings and to steer the group in the right direction regarding work and all the other aspects of our group.

Secretary - Julius Neuffer
Julius is elected as secretary because of his commitment and organization; his job in the group was to ensure that everything went smoothly, especially the group meetings and discussions.

Contact Persons - Mike Verkuijlen / Andy Blood 
Mike and Andy are in charge of keeping everyone informed and updated on all the aspects of our group, such as work, meetings, and deadlines. They were also made responsible for ensuring that everyone could contact each other as to make the group function collectively and efficiently

Time/Track Keepers - Filipe Hovens / Patrick Cruickshank 
Patrick and Filipe are chosen as our time/track keepers. Their roles in the group was to keep track of all the work; making sure that everything was done correctly and in a time effective manner.
